• The Feelings Module is the second stage of the C.A.R.L. programme.
  • The purpose of this module is to help participants recognise their emotions.
  • Feelings are emotions experienced on a daily basis. This experience (emotions) becomes a continuous cohabitant throughout a person’s life. When feelings are ignored the potential to think rational decreases, the consequence of irrational thinking means a person loses the ability to control their feelings. When the loss of emotions defeats a person’s ability to control emotions, the risk of harm to self, other people and society increases.
  • Throughout this module participants will become more aware of their emotions, also the strengths and weaknesses concerning their feelings.
